At Indian Elegance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully fold the ethnic wear and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all security tags and traditional embellishments are protected.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
